This beautiful bitch is Alfa, a podenco (hound) female fostered by Gelines, one of the members of ADALE.Alfa was found in a village while she wandered alone by the road.
She was very young then, about 5 months old, and she was probably abandoned by a hunter. As you can see from the pictures, she is a beautiful animal, but her best quality is her wonderful character: She is extremely friendly, lively and playful, and she feels devotion for people. The family who decides to adopt Alfa will have found the most affectionate and devoted of friends, and the most cheerful companion they can think of.
A house with a big garden would be ideal for her, because she has so much energy to spend... she loves playing and jumping about, and that takes space... although the most important thing for her is to have a person nearby for cuddles, love, and affection. In one of the pictures you can see her with the other abandoned dogs with which she shares foster home. She is very friendly with all of them. She is only 14 months old, let's hope she doesn't get much older before she can find a real, definite home....
